The following are not permitted on festival grounds:

• Outside alcohol or beverages
• Illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Drones without prior approval

Coolers are restricted and subject to inspection. Check the specific event’s rules before bringing one.

Taco King Taco Fest is the only authorized seller of alcohol on festival grounds. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

ID & Age Verification

• Guests must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued ID to purchase alcohol.
• An age-verification wristband is required to purchase alcohol.
• A wristband does not replace your ID. Staff may ask to see your ID again at any bar or beer tent.

Wristband Rules

• Wristbands must be worn while purchasing alcohol.
• Lost or removed wristbands must be repurchased after another ID check.
• Staff may re-check ID at any time.
• Providing alcohol to minors will result in immediate removal from the event.

Giving Back

Donations are welcome at the Taco King Taco Fest alcohol tent or through the QR codes on Tacos R Us banners. All donations collected for Tacos R Us go to the organization to support families and underserved communities.

• All vendors must be approved by the festival and comply with applicable local health regulations.
• Taco King Taco Fest reserves the right to remove vendors who do not comply with festival or local requirements.

• Respect all guests, vendors, and staff.
• Fighting, harassment, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
• Violations may result in removal without warning.

• Security arrangements and law enforcement presence vary by event.
• Bags may be subject to search.
• Follow instructions from festival staff, security, and emergency personnel.
• Keep fire lanes, vendor access areas, and emergency routes clear.

The festival is rain or shine. Severe weather may result in delays, temporary closures, or cancellation for safety. Follow event announcements and staff instructions.

Check your event’s venue policy before bringing a pet, as restrictions may vary by location.

Where pets are permitted, they must remain leashed and under control. Owners are responsible for cleanup and their pet’s behavior.

Photography and video recording take place at the festival. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Festival content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Vendor fees, deposits, and VIP purchases are governed by their separate agreements and purchase policies.

Taco King Taco Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or service and to remove individuals who violate festival rules or create safety concerns.
